Description:
CLAIMS

1. A eat and dog pass door comprising a frame to support the door, an axle rigidly secured to the said frame, means for attaching the door to the said axle to permit tree movement of the door about the axle, resilient means coordinated with the axle for resisting movement of the pivoting door about the said axle and locking buttons attached to the sa1el frame manually operated to lock the door in a fixed position.

2. A cat and dog pass door as defined in Claim 1, having a removable box seat located about the pass door when the said pass door is installed in the floor, and apertures in the sides of the said seat to permit access of the animals to and from the pass door.

3. A cat and dog pass door as defined in Claim 2, and comprising a shelf suspended directly below the pass door a distance somewhat less than the aperture or the opening or the pass door.
