Claim.—A device as described, comprising a tubular Structure of two .parts, a hard material of glass, rubber composition or the like having a flared end and tube member, a resilient member being pliable and telescopically adjustable on the tube member being shaped to conform to the nostrils at its upper end substantially as set forth.
