THE EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION IN WHICH AN EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY OR PRIVILEGE IS CLAIMED ARE DEFINED AS FOLLOWS:

1. An adjustable, pinless diaper of generally T-shaped configuration, comprising a waist-band portion and a tail portion, the waist-band and tail portion together forming a waist encircling segment, the sides of said T being concavely curved to provide a crotch portion, said waist and said sides meeting to form peaked corners, a plurality of domes provided in series along the edges of the curved side portions in the tail portion area of the diaper on the outer surface of the diaper and a fastening member provided in each peaked corner, and a fastening member provided in each peaked corner of the inner side of the diaper, said fastening members on the inner side of the diaper adapted to be selectively engaged with any of the domes to determine the size of the diaper.

2. A diaper as claimed in claim 1 wherein the fastening members on the outer surface of the diaper may be engaged with any of the domes not selectively engaged with the fasteners provided on the inner side of the diaper.
