Description: Hacing regard to the foregoing disclosure, the patent of which this specification forms part confers, subject to the conditions prescribed in THE PATENT ACT, 1935, the exclusive right privilege and liberty of making constructing, using and vending to others to be used, the invention as defined in claim submitted by patentee as follows:
Claim 1. In a separator of the kind described, the combination with the main frame, said supporting means provided with means to adjust the inclination of said platform, and endless band of blanket cloth or similar material to which wild oats and the like will adhere, said band being supported by and driven about the platform, and means for shaking the platform and the band supported thereon along the line of travel of said band, as and for the purpose specified.
