In combination with a closed container having a plunger rod opening through one of its ends and a plunger rod operable therethrough, a mixer head fixed to the inner end of said plunger, said mixer head being provided throughout substantially one-half of its area with a large opening and throughout the remaining half of its area with a plurality of perforations.
