Claim.—A tie barker consisting of a blade, a hollow shank integral with the blade, a bracket mounted on the shank, an eccentric arcuate member comprising a toothed jaw pivotally supported in the bracket and an opening in the shank to permit the toothed jaw to enter the interior of the shank.
