Claim.—A tackle and bait holder designed for use with any conventional form of fish creel, manual means for adjustably attaching to and detaching the same from the cover of the creel, a cover hinged to said holder, means for holding the cover in a firmly closed position and means for releasing the same for opening, means for supporting the cover in a substantially horizontal position when opened, means for utilizing the under side of the cover for holding tackle, partition means for dividing the body of the holder into compartments.
