Description: We are not aware that any reenforcement for wooden clothes pin with spring held jaws in the nature of our invention has been made previously and what we claim as our invention and desire to secure by letters patent is:-

1. In a wooden clothes pin having spring held jaws, a reenforcement consisting of a staple of wire or similar material inserted in two holes through the sides of the pin at right angles to and one above and one below the centre spring, connecting the two sides and the ends of the staple clinched together on the opposite side to prevents its withdrawal.

2. In a wooden clothes pin having spring held jaws, a reenforcement consisting or a staple
of wire or similar material inserted in two holes through the sides of the pin at right angles to and one above and one below the centre spring (the size and placing of the said holes to be adapted to the size of the pin to be reinforced) and the ends of the staple fastened together on the opposite sides from which it is inserted to prevent its withdrawal.
