Description: Claims:

1. A method of restoring or enhancing in bodies of the dead a natural life-like appearance which comprises applying to desired portions of the body a base mixture of flake white, Van dyke brown, yellow ochre and Prussian blue and thereafter applying additional paint of tints required to produce the desired colour.

2. A method of the character described which consists in applying to portions of the body a paint composed of flake white, Van dyke brown, yellow ochre and Prussian blue and then consecutively lightly applying ever red, yellow ochre, rose madden and Van dyke brown as required to produce the natural colouring, the paints being applied by patting.
