Claim.—1. In a road building device, a front truck having its frame extending transversely beyond the running gear, a plough having its beam extending forwardly to the truck frame and secured between the frame between the wheels and forming a trailer, a tandem truck secured to and trailing behind the said transverse extension and supported from said plough beam and a transverse conveyer secured to the plough frame and operatively connected to and supported by said tandem truck and continuously discharging the earth removed by said plough in its forward movement.
2. In a road building device, a front truck having its frame extending transversely beyond the running gear, a plough having its beam extending forwardly to the truck frame and secured between the frame between the wheel and forming a trailer, a tandem truck adjustably secured to and trailing behind the said transverse extension and supported from said plough beam and a transverse conveyer hingedly secured to the plough beam and pivotally supported by said tandem truck and continuously discharging the earth removed by said plough in its forward movement.
3. In a road building device, a front truck adjustably mounted on ground and farrow wheels and having its frame extending transversely beyond the running gear, a plough having its beam extending forwardly to the truck frame and secured between the frame between the wheels and forming a trailer, a tandem truck, a swiveling member connected by a cable to a mandrel secured on the transverse extension and having adjusting means for the cable, the tandem truck trailing behind the transverse extension and supported from said plough beam and continuously discharging the earth removed by said plough in its forward movement.
