Description:
Having regard to the foregoing disclosure, the patent of which this specification forms part confers, subject to the conditions prescribed in the Patent Act, 1955, the exclusive right, privilege and liberty of making, constructing, using and vending to others to be used, the invention as defined in claims submitted by the patentee as follows:-

1. An automatic land leveller comprising a frame, a scraper movably mounted on said frame and means operatively connected to the scraper aid responsive to irregularities in the land so that the scraper is lowered by a protuberance and raised by a declivity in the land.

2. An automatic land leveller as defined in claim 1, in which the means responsive to irregularities in the land is located with respect to the frame a distance before the scraper and is operatively connected to the scraper by lever means fulcrumed on the frame.

3. An automatic land leveller comprising a frame, a scraper and a shoe, said scraper being movably mounted on the frame and positioned substantially midway thereof, said shoe being movably mounted on the frame and positioned a distance before said scraper, lever means fulcrumed on said frame and operatively connecting said shoe to said scraper so that the scraper is lowered and raised as the shoe is raised and lowered, respectively.

4.An automatic land leveller comprising a frame, a scraper positioned substantially midway thereof and carried by at least one arm pivotally mounted on the frame, a shoe positioned a distance before said scraper and carried by at least one arm pivotally mounted on said frame, lever means fulcrumed on said frame connecting said shoe to said scraper so that the scraper rises as the shoe drops and drops as the shoe rises.

5. An automatic land leveller comprising a frame, a scraper positioned substantially midway thereof and carried by at least one arm pivotally mounted on the frame, a shoe positioned a short distance before said scraper and carried by at least one arm pivotally mounted on said frame, lever means fulcrumed on said frame connecting said shoe to said scraper so that the scraper rises as the shoe drops and drops as the shoe rises.

6. An automatic land leveller comprising a frame, having two parallel longitudinal members, a scraper including a cutting blade extending transversely between said members and substantially midway thereof, a pair of arms carrying said scraper, each arm being pivoted and parallel to its own longitudinal member, a shoe positioned a short distance before said blade and carried by two arms, each pivoted and parallel to its own longitudinal member, and a laver fulcrumed intermediate its ends on the frame, one end being connected to the shoe and the other end to the scraper.

7.An automatic land leveller as defined in claim 8, in which the arms Carrying the scraper and the arms carrying the shoe are pivoted to their respective longitudinal members at the same point on the forward portion of the frame, the shoe-carrying arms being shorter than and on the inside of the scraper carrying arms, each scraper carrying arms being connected by adjustable lever means to its corresponding shoe-carrying arm.

8.An automatic land leveller as defined in claim 1, which comprises an angle bar extending transversely of the forward portion of the frame and a spreader at its rearward portion.
