Description:
The embodiments of the invention in which an exclusive property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows:


1. In a teaching machine, a housing having sides whose upper edges are formed at an angle to provide a sloping mounting, a frame secured on the said sloping mounting, such frame having a slot in one side, a working surface insertable through the said slot into the frame to be supported by the sloping mounting, a plurality of regularly spaced staggered electrical contacts inter-wired in pairs on the working surface, a switch, an indicating mechanism, a power source and a pair of leads connected in series whereby attachment of the leads to a wired pair of electrical contacts will result in actuation of the indicating mechanism when the switch is closed, a plurality of cards, each of a size to overlay the said working surface within the said frame and each having openings therein to correspond to selected spaced staggered contacts in the said working surface.
