1. As a new article of manufacture, comprising a vessel formed with a hermetically sealed chamber and having a handle attached thereto, adapted to be maintained above the water line, when the vessel is floated.
2. As a new article of manufacture, comprising a cup formed with a hermetically sealed chamber and a handle secured to said cup and being positioned at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the said chamber.
3. As a new article of manufacture, a cup formed with a cylindrical body portion and bottom, a partition member comprising a top portion and wall, said top portion being soldered to the inner wall of the cup and the said portion wall soldered to the bottom of the cup and a handle disposed on the water surface of the cup body and adapted to be maintained above the water line of a vessel in which the cup is floated.
