Description:
l. An anti-glare reflector comprising a segmental body portion; a substantially disc-like head, and a neck portion connecting said head and body portion, the diameter of said neck being substantially constant and less than the diameter of said head, and the horizontal edges of said body portion lying in substantially the same plane as the base of said neck, an arc outlining the bottom portion of said disc being located at its lower portion well above said horizontal edges, the rear side of this device being highly reflective.

2. The combination with a lens for a searchlight, of an antiglare reflector comprising a segmental body portion; a substantially disc-like head, and a neck portion connecting said head and body portion, the diameter of said neck being substantially constant and less than the diameter of said head, and the horizontal edges of said body portion lying in substantially the same plane as the base of said neck, an arc outlining the bottom portion of said disc being located at its lower portion well above said horizontal edges, the rear side of said device being highly reflective.

3. As new article of manufacture, in combination a lens, and an anti-glare reflector outlined at the back of said lens comprising a segmental area; a head area, and a neck area lying intermediate said head area and said segmental area and merged therewith, the diameter of said neck area being substantially constant and less than the diameter of said head area, and the horizontal boundaries of said segmental area lying in substantially the same plane as the base of said neck area, the read side of said outlined device being highly reflective.
