Claim.—A coat of the class described provided with a pair of flaps formed of a portion of the inturned edge of the coat, and having fasteners on the edge, the said flaps being designed to pass around the legs of the wearer and be secured by the fasteners to the inner face of the coat, and when not in use the flaps are designed to lie along the inner face of the coat.
