An exercising device for foot or hand adjustments for a remedial purpose, comprising a rectangular structure for upright disposition on the floor, transversely disposed grooves in the inner faces of the upright sides of said structure, and declined towards the rear thereof, shelves to slide into and out of said grooves between which shelves the foot or hand adjustments by exercising same are to be made, the upper face of each said shelf being gouged and contoured to suit the foot or hand in shape there of for convenient and proper exercising, means to stiffen the walls and ends of said structure, and a let down floor-engaging panel in front of the structure and hinged thereto, and including means to retain same in both down and up positions.
