1. An audible speed warning device consisting of a circular plate on which is disposed a record with a plurality of concentric grooves formed with recorded sound tracks, a constant speed motor for rotating said circular plate, a governor on the driving shaft of said motor, a swinging sound arm with sound collecting needle, and means for moving said swinging sound arm in a horizontal plane, a sound amplifier and loud speaker.

An audible speed warning device consisting of a circular plate on which is disposed a record with a plurality of concentric grooves formed with recorded sound tracks, a constant speed motor for rotating said circular plate, a governor on the driving shaft of said motor, a swinging sound arm with sound collecting needle, and means for moving said swinging sound arm in a horizontal plane, a sound amplifier and loud speaker, said record having smooth rings between the recorded sound tracks,

An audible speed warning device consisting of a circular plate on which is disposed a record with a plurality of concentric grooves formed with recorded sound tracks, a constant speed motor for rotating said circular plate, a governor on the driving shaft of said motor, a swinging sound arm with sound collecting needle, and means for moving said swinging sound arm in a horizontal plane, a sound amplifier and loud speaker, said record having smooth rings between the recorded sound tracks, said governor on motor adapted to vertically raise the said circular plate.

An audible speed warning device consisting of a circular plate on which is disposed a record with a plurality concentric grooves formed with recorded sound tracks, a constant speed motor for rotating said circular plate, a governor on the driving shaft of said motor, a swinging sound arm with sound collecting needle, and means for moving said swinging sound arm in a horizontal plane, a sound amplifier and loud speaker, said record on said circular plate having smooth landings between the recorded sound tracks, said governor on motor adapted to vertically raise the said circular plate, said means for moving said swinging sound arm horizontally comprises a governor, bell crank, and lever attached to the inner extremity of said swinging sound arm.
