Toy and Sporting Device (Patent No: 325657)

Inventor: Gourlay, Robert Murray

Location: Calgary

Comments: N/A

Description:
I am aware that there is no novelty shown in a ball, neither is a dice a novelty. I therefore do not claim any improvement in either case separately; but

What I do claim as my invention, and desire to secure by letters patent, is-

1. A novelty amusement device of the type described in which a ball is combined with a free moving numbered dice placed within the said ball, and a transparent cover to the said chamber to keep the said dice within the said chamber, and for observation of the dice.
2. A novelty amusement device of the type described in which a ball is combined with any number of free moving numbered dice placed within the said ball, a thimble to contain the said dice within the ball, and a transparent cover to the said thimble to keep the said dice within the said thimble, and for observation of the dice.
3. A novelty amusement device of the type described in which a ball is combined with any number of free moving numbered dice placed within the said ball, two diametrically situated thimbles to contain the said dice within the ball, and two transparent covers to the said thimbles to keep the said dice within the said thimbles and for observation of the dice.
