Amending Claim
Having regard to the foregoing disclosure, the patent of which this specification forms part confers, subject to the conditions prescribed in the Patent Act. 1935, the exclusive right, privilege and liberty of making, constructing, using and vending to others to be used, the invention as defined in the claims submitted by the patentee as follows:-

A toy hobby horse of the type described comprising a series of cantilevered springs supporting a ridable model on its free end and supported on an upright standard at its opposite end, in combination with means to telescopically adjust the height of said standard, a pair of structure supporting rods attached to and radiating from the bottom end of said standard and diverging in the direction of and being springably in support of said hobby horse, and extendable rods adjustably slidable within and projecting from the ends of said rods.
