Claim.—1. A toy of the class described comprising a tubular member terminating in a dead end, a cup mounted on the tubular member intermediate of the ends thereof, and provided with a conduit communicating with the tubular member, a ball co-acting with the cup, a wire extending diametrically through the ball terminating at the upper end in an eyelet, and a suspending member wholly disposed laterally of the ball and mounted on the tubular member designed to co-act with the said eyelet.

A toy of the class described comprising a tubular member terminating in a dead end, and having a depression in the bottom, a cup located above the said depression, a ball co-acting with the cup, a member extending diametrically through the ball and engaging on the lower end with the depression and terminating at the upper end in an eyelet, and a suspending member mounted on the tubular member designed to co-act with the eyelet.

A toy of the class described comprising a tubular member terminating in a dead end, a suspending member operatively connected to the dead end and provided with an intermediate curvilinear portion and terminating at the upper end in an overhanging hook, a cup on the tubular member, a ball co-acting with the cup, said hook being laterally disposed to the ball, and a member extending diametrically through the ball provided with an eyelet on the upper end designed to co-act with the said hook.
