Description:
What I claim is:-

1. A stretcher comprised of separable sections, pivoted means arranged at the ends of said sections, said sections having a triangular base whereby a patient will be placed on said base sections when said sections are moved together.

2. A stretcher comprised of separable sections, pivoted means arranged at the ends of said sections, said sections having a triangular base whereby a patient will be placed on said base sections when said sections are moved together and said sections being removable one from the other.

3. A stretcher comprised of separable sections, pivoted means arranged at the ends of said sections, said sections having a triangular base whereby a patient will be placed on said base sections when said sections are moved together, said sections being arranged to be locked together when said sections are moved together.

4. A stretcher comprised of separable sections, pivoted means arranged at the ends of said sections, said sections having a triangular base whereby a patient will be placed on said base sections when said sections are moved together, and said sections being arranged to be locked together when said sections are moved together, said locking means comprising a serrated bar, a tube for reception of said bar therein, and a latch member arranged on said tube for locking action with said serration.

5. A stretcher comprised of separable sections, pivoted means arranged at the ends of said sections, said sections having a triangular base whereby a patient will be placed on said base sections when said sections are moved together, and said sections being arranged to be locked together when said sections are moved together, said locking means comprising a serrated bar, a tube for reception of said bar therein, and a latch member arranged on said tube for locking action with said serration, said serrated bar being pivoted.

6. A stretcher comprised of separable sections, pivoted means arranged at the ends of said sections, said sections having a triangular base whereby a patient will be placed on said base section, when said sections are moved together, and said sections being arranged to be locked together when said sections are moved together, said locking means comprising a serrated bar, a tube for reception of said bar therein, and a latch member arranged on said tube for locking action with said serration, and said latch member being spring actuated.

7. A collapsible stretcher, comprised of sections removable one from the other, longitudinally extending rails, triangular base portions attached to said rails, lateral portions arranged at the ends of said rails, said triangular portion being attached to said lateral portions, and handles rotatably mounted at the juncture of said rails and said lateral portions.

8. A collapsible stretcher, comprised of sections removable one from the other, longitudinally extending rails, triangular base portions attached to said rails, lateral portions arranged at the ends of said rails, said triangular portion being attached to said lateral portions and handles rotatably mounted at the juncture of said rails and said lateral portions, said triangular base portions having their apexes extending inwardly.

9. In a stretcher, a plurality of sections, said sections being pivotedly hinged at one end, said sections having longitudinal rails and triangular bases attached to said rails and handles arranged at the ends of said rails whereby said open 7nds may be moved together.
