1. A reinforcing screw of the type described, comprising a screw threaded body portion, a plate portion upstanding from the body portion and screw receiving apertures through the plate portion.

2. A reinforcing screw of the type described, comprising a screw threaded body portion, a plate portion upstanding from the body portion and screw receiving apertures through the plate portion, the said plate portion being formed integral with the screw threaded body portion.

3. A reinforcing screw of the type described. comprising a screw threaded body portion having a head, a plate portion diametrically disposed on and upstanding from the head and screw receiving apertures through the plate portion.

4. A reinforcing screw of the type described, comprising a screw threaded body portion having a head, a plate portion diametrically disposed on and upstanding from the head and screw receiving apertures through the plate portion, the said plate portion being formed integral with the screw threaded body portion.

5. A reinforcing screw of the type described, comprising a screw threaded body portion having a head, a plate port ion disposed on one aide of the head, part of the head being removed to provide a flush face along one side of the plate portion, screw receiving apertures through the plate portion, the said plate portion being formed integral with the screw threaded body portion.
