This permit is issued subject to the conditions set forth on the reverse side hereof. Issued at Edmonton, Alberta. Date of Issue July 26, 1966 and it is signed by Graham Heard and by the representative for the Minister of Transport. The image management also includes a picture of the reverse side of the Student Pilot Permit. |
