Description: Lorne E. Ferguson, Parkland, Alberta, Canada, 20th September, 1921. Filed 16th December, 1920. Receipt No. 340,265.

Claim –. A pipe holder consisting of a plate provided with an opening to receive a pipe therethrough, side members suitably attached to side plate, jaws hingedly mounted between said members and having their inner ends adapted to grip said pipe.

3. A pipe holder consisting of a plate, an opening in said plate to receive n pipe therethrough, side members attached to said plate, a pair of jaws hinged at their outer ends in said side members, the inner ends of side jaws being adapted to grip said pipe and a means to prevent said free ends of said jaws from dropping between said side members when not being used.

4. A pipe holder consisting of a plate, an opening in said plate to receive a pipe therethrough, side members attached to said plate, a pair of jaws hinged at their outer ends in said side members, the inner ends of said jaws being adapted to grip said pipe, a means to prevent said free ends of said jaws from dropping between said side members when not being used and one of said jaws being movably mounted in said aide members.
