Gilmore Lake

Named for the Sophie and Stanley Gilmore family who homesteaded in the area in 1935. The Gilmore family was one of the first white families to settle in the New Fish Creek area. The family moved to High Prairie in 1944.

Approximately 25 km north of Valleyview.
