Bishop Hill

This hill was officially named for the Bishop family on 10 March 1991. Mr. and Mrs. Luther Bishop and their son Reginald came to the Bearberry area in 1907. Both Luther and Reg each filed on a quarter-section at the foot of this feature. From 1911 through 1918 the Bishops ran the Bearberry Post Office. Two of their children, Reg and Maggie, remained in Bearberry until the 1950s.

Approximately 20 km west north-west of Sundre.
