Cattail Lake

This remote lake was named by the partners who have operated a trapline here. They sowed cattail seeds as an experiment in this lake, as well as two others. The name was given for easy identification of the location. (see also Test Lake and Hopeful Lake)

Approximately 93 km north north-east of Fort McMurray.
