Writers Bill Robertson and Steven Ross Smith on campus.

The third annual Writing in Saskatchewan Display is set to run in the Main Library Link Area, from February 2 to 26.

Under the theme "A Celebration of Our Creativity," the display and related events are intended to promote Saskatchewan literature and inform the reading public about our established and upcoming writers.

The display is co-sponsored by various academic, literary, and publishing groups including:

    - Department of Curriculum Studies,

    - College of Education,

    - Department of English,

    - Department of Music,

    - College of Arts and Science,

    - Saskatchewan Writers Guild,

    - Saskatchewan Publishers Group,

    - Saskatchewan Library Association,

    - Thistledown Press,

    - Saskatchewan Playwrights Centre,

    - Saskatoon Board of Education, and

    - Grain magazine.

The display, which will feature various handouts from most sponsors, may be seen during regular Library hours for February - namely, Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. -11 p.m.; Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Saturday 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.; Sunday 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.
