What is Ambition?:

Ambition, the Black Women’s Leadership Accelerator is an innovative accelerated learning experience designed for Black women who aspire to grow and excel in their professional careers in an environment that address their unique needs in the workforce.

Accelerator Details

Ambition is held one day a month beginning in fall 2019 for approximately 10 months.  Each session is led by Black women who have at least 5 years of professional experience in their chosen fields.  Sessions include leadership presentations/workshops and small group discussions and covers various leadership topics, such as: strengths-based leadership, wellness strategies, self-advocacy, and strategic networking.

Ambition takes a holistic approach to meeting your professional development and overall wellness needs, therefore we also developed a curriculum with the specific needs of Black women in mind.

Cost: $1000, Payment plan & scholarships available. Each cohort meets once a month for 10 months.
