If we reduce meat and dairy consumption and production 50% by 2050, we could reduce agricultural greenhouse gas emissions by 64% compared to business-as-usual.

Farts and burps from cows, pigs and sheep are a big problem. 39% of greenhouse gas emissions from livestock production come from these gassy occurrences.

What we eat matters. Giving up beef once a week in favor of beans, over the course of a year, is the equivalent of not burning 144 liters of petrol.
